In a frying pan add a drizzle of olive oil and the onions sliced in thin rings until it gets soft and clear. While the onions soften, whisk the eggs with salt, pepper, the chopped basil and the cheese in a bowl and put aside. Next, add the Ti-ti POTATO CRISPS and the previous mixture to the frying pan and let it cook one side until it gets golden. Then with the help of a dish, turn the tortilla and cook the other side.
Serve the tortilla with salad. Bon apétit!
50 gr Ti-ti POTATO CRISPS;
6 fresh basil leafs;
Half cup of grated mozzarella cheese;
3 tablespoons of parmesan grated cheese;
