A recipe with a smooth texture that pleases everyone.
(Preheat the oven to 180ºC /350ºF/gas mark 4). Slice the onion in thin rings, mince the garlic and fry all in olive oil with a bay leaf until it looks soft and clear. Then add the frayed chicken and let it braise a little more. Meanwhile, put the cream, the béchamel sauce, the egg in a bowl and season it with salt, pepper and nutmeg, then stir well.
After that add the Ti-ti POTATO STIKERS slowly to the pan and stir well. So that the stikers start to soften. Next pour the bechamel and the whipping cream sauce to the pan, mix well and let it cook for 5 minutes in low-heat. In case of the mixture is slight creamy add a little bit of milk. Season with a little bit of salt and pepper and turn off the heat.
Pour the preparation into a large baking dish (or a glass loaf pan) add a little bit of milk and sprinkle with grated cheese. Finally put it in the oven until it turns slightly golden.
Note: The Ti-ti POTATO STIKERS are very good with frayed chicken as long as they soften. For that you can rinse them with clean water before use. Bon apétit!

1 big package of bechamel sauce;
