A simple and fast dish that children love.
As always you must dissalate the codfish for 72 hours. Then cook the cod.
Slice the onion in thin rings, mince the garlic and rinse the Ti-ti POTATO STIKERS with clean water and put them aside.
Fry the garlic and the onion in the olive oil in a pan until it looks soft and clear, then add the cod and season with a little bit of pepper. Next, add the Ti-ti POTATO STIKERS and sprinkle with a little bit of parsleys.
Stir well and remove from the heat.
Whisk the eggs in a bowl and season them with a little bit of salt and pepper and pour them in the mixture. Then take to heat again and keep stirring until the eggs coagulate but stay creamy. After this remove from the heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Serve immediately. Bon apétit!
